The ParadisBrut2015 cuvée is the full expression of the expertise of Alfred Gratien’s Cellar Master. Rigorous selection of grapes, vinification and ageing in small 228-litre oak barrels in keeping with tradition, and deliberately limited volumes. Another original feature is the decision to avoid malolactic fermentation in order to respect the nature of the grapes and the personality of the terroir. These are the qualities that make Alfred Gratien a unique Champagne.
