This cuvée, made from a rigorous selection of Champagne crus, is the result of a complex blend of different vintages and grape varieties, with a majority ofChardonnay . To preserve its minimalist spirit, the house uses its expertise and cutting-edge technology to minimise intervention. Micro-vinification is carried out in 120 small stainless steel vats, followed by three years of ageing on lees. This meticulous process results in a varied palette of aromas with notes of citrus, white fruits and flowers.
