An elegant and accessible cuvée, designed to reflect the epicurean spirit of the house. Made from a blend of Pinot Meunier,Pinot NoirandChardonnay , it comes from Premier Cru terroirs in Sermiers, in the Montagne de Reims. This champagne reveals a delicate and persistent effervescence, accompanied by fine bubbles. It offers subtle aromas of ripe fruits such as apple and pear, enriched with slightly brioche and hazelnut notes, characteristic of its ageing in the cellar. The attack is lively, followed by a beautiful balance between freshness, roundness and finesse. The finish is long, slightly toasted and mineral.
