Made without adding sugar, the Cuvée Nature – Brut Non Dosé is the pure expression of the Bouzy terroir, on the Montagne de Reims. Composed of the signature blend of Maison Delavenne, without malolactic fermentation, it combines tension, Finesse and freshness. Liveliness and minerality.

Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to vegetarian and Asian cuisine, or with oysters and any seafood.

Producer Info

Family owned since 1920 with 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Cramant, with vine averaging 45 years old. The vineyard is managed without the use of herbicides or chemical fertilisers and minimal use of sulphur in the winery to truly express the terroir of the Grand Cru sites.
