Sourced from plots classified as Grands and Premiers Crus, this wine accurately reflects the purity of the chalky terroir and the refined style of the house. After a long ageing period of six years on lees, this champagne reveals remarkable aromatic complexity. It unveils aromas of white flowers, citrus zest and white-fleshed fruits, before evolving towards notes of fine pastries and dried fruits. The attack is straightforward and fresh, carried by balanced acidity and beautiful minerality. The texture is full-bodied, almost creamy, while retaining a beautiful tension. The expression of Chardonnay is clear and elegant, without any heaviness. The finish is long and salty, marked by notes of almond and candied lemon.
