An elegant and balanced cuvée, born from the harmonious blend ofChardonnay ,Pinot Noirand Pinot Meunier. Grown in Premier andGrand Cruclassified terroirs, the grapes are carefully selected to express freshness, structure and finesse. This champagne benefits from four years of extended ageing in the cellar, giving it a beautiful aromatic complexity and a delicate mousse. It opens with floral notes (white flowers) and citrus, then evolves towards delicious aromas of dried fruit and pastries. The attack is fresh and lively, carried by the tension of Chardonnay and the roundness of Meunier. The texture is full-bodied, silky, without heaviness, with a beautiful persistence.
