Selected from the oldest vines on the estate (65%Chardonnay ) and finished off withPinot Noiret Meunier reserve wines (12% of these are made intored wines ), this wine is a real gourmet pint champagne! It spends 6 months in barrels and has a curtailed malolactic fermentation to preserve maximum freshness. This champagne gives us a complex aromatic expression that blends perfectly with its creamy, tonic palate. A marvel!
