An exceptional Rosé Champagne, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the finest vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. This cuvée is vinified using the maceration method for 48 to 72 hours, allowing intense aromas and a delicate colour to be extracted. Aged for four to five years in the cellar, this champagne is distinguished by its freshness, elegance and aromatic intensity. It reveals an expressive bouquet of red berries such as strawberry, cherry and redcurrant. The attack is lively and tangy, followed by a supple and round texture, with a beautiful length on the finish.
