This champagne is a blend of 55%Pinot Noir , 25% Pinot Meunier and 20%Chardonnay , and 15% of the wines were vinified in oak. The entire harvest comes exclusively from the Coteaux de Cumières, listed as a Premier Cru. A small amount of the Pinot Noir is harvested separately and cold infused” for a few days to then be added to the blend.
