This Blanc de Noirs extra- brutbrings out the flavours of Champagne’s two black grape varieties. Each brings freshness and fruitiness. This cuvée Les 2 Muses expresses notes of white-fleshed fruit, then gradually reveals hints of gingerbread. On the palate, there are hints of candied fruit mixed with a touch of honey. Surprisingly delicate, this is a tasting Champagne that can accompany an entire meal.
