Michel Hoerter shares with us a delicate Champagne. This cuvée, Les 3 Muses, is both delicate and delicious. The first notes on the nose are fresh and flowery. There are subtle notes of white fruit, grapes and apricots. The palate is livelier and more persistent. A delicious taste supported by a little acidity, that’s all we expected from this low dosage Champagne.
