RSRV Rosé Foujita is a blend of sixGrands Crus , bringing togetherPinot Noirfrom Verzenay, Aÿ and Bouzy withChardonnayfrom Cramant and Avize. The Ambonnayred wine- another Grand Crus-listed terroir â€?offers roundness and power on the palate, as well as aromas of red and black fruits. The grapes are pressed and made into wine separately, then blended with the reserve wines. After a minimum of four years’ cellar ageing, the dosage liqueur made from one of the sixGrands Crusand oak-barrel aged then adds its final touch of patisserie and vanilla notes. The special shape of the bottle with a narrow neck promotes the wine’s development and preservation.
