The Gimonnet family have been growing grapes in Champagne since 1750 but it was during a time of peace between WW1 and WW2 that shaped things for today. It was at this time Pierre built the winery, enabling him to transform the fruit from his exceptional 1er and Grand Cru vineyards into his expression of Champagnes. Olivier and Didier (Pierre’s Grandsons) are now in charge and continue to drive quality and Pierre’s vision into the future. There’s a lovely richness coupled with wicked freshness.
