Blanc de BlancsVintage from Pol Roger, a current Royal Warrant holder, is a Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay selected from the great growths of the Côte des Blancs: Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The first nose is expressive and powerful, offering a range of fragrances combining lemon zest and pastries. Its creamy development is delicious. After airing, it gives off complex aromas of mocha and cocoa, then confectionery and fresh butter, combined with orange zest with singular elegance. The palate reveals buttery notes with pastry accents. Gradually, hazelnut liqueur and toasty nuances complete this aromatic profile, marked by a fresh acidity. This is a luscious, rich Champagne, combining power and finesse.
