The House ofPol Roger , a current Royal Warrant holder, spoils us with an exceptional cuvée from 20Grands Crusand Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte de Blancs. Right from the start, the Champagne reveals a nose of fleshy fruit mixed with airy touches ofrosepetals. Expressive and full of freshness, it is reminiscent of pastries and dried fruit. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with sublime aromas of brioche and citrus remnants. This is a silky-textured wine with great persistence and finesse.
