From Bouzeron and vineyards in the north of Rully, this is a playful, fruit-forward, beautifully balanced Chardonnay has good length and weight. This wine focusses on youthful, purity of fruit with minimal oak influence. Some tropical and attractive white peach flavours, lifted citrus and white flower. The second hand oak barrels can be felt in the mid-palate, however, the use of 1/3 stainless steel has cleverly retained the energy, freshness and brightness that makes this wine very appealing. It is a fantastic value white Burgundy.
