This spirit is intended to bring together winemaking expertise and modern distillation techniques. The grapes used are from a single vintage year and the spirit reflects the delicate flavour profile of the wine varietal.

This custom-made glass bottle links back to the two production processes �distillation and winemaking �as the bottom half reflects the cut-glass crystal decanter for spirits and the top half denotes the classic shape of a wine bottle.
