With typical aromas of cool climate Blanc de Blancs of green apple and freshly baked bread this is a superb sparkling wine with depth. The palate is showing development from maturation on lees and a toasty character from partial barrel fermentation. A savoury finish with fine, persistent bubbles. Great as an aperitif or for any special occasion.

Alcohol 12%

The Blanc de Blancs is the finest expression of sparkling Chardonnay. Sourced from the 95-acre Kit’s Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent, the wine is made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested fruit and the resulting wine is partially aged in barrel before undergoing maturation in bottle for three years before release. Intense aromas of tropical fruit are balanced by hints of buttery brioche leading to a rich palate and generous finish
