100% Chardonnay from vines grown biodynamically, planted in 2012 on four parcels for a total of two hectares, on clay-limestone soils, exposure South South West, in the commune of La Bruyère, North West of Namur. Manual harvest, at the beginning of October, with a superb harvest quality and yields of 35 hl/ha. Direct pressing, each parcel is vinified separately before blending. One year of aging in barrels with 17% of new oak, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered, unfined, just a tiny dose of sulphur.
