This 100% Chardonnay comes from 25-year-old vines, grown organically on clay-limestone soils. The wine has been vinified and then aged for 12 months in oak barrels and demi-muids. This lovely white wine, vinified in theBurgundystyle, has won several gold medals at the world’s best Chardonnay competition and is one of theLanguedoc ‘s flagship white wines. The nose is marked by notes of vanilla, apple and lemon cream. The palate is rich with a beautiful creaminess and ends with a finely wooded finish with good length.
