After 7 years of research and work, Jean-Claude Mas can finally present his new range that goes from vintage wines toorganic winesand biodynamically-grown wines. Among them, there is Jean-Claude Mas’s Cuvée Secrète Chardonnay without sulphites. With an intense nose, this is a complex wine that has aromas of tasty brioche, hazelnut and quince. It is generally very fruity, showing great freshness and ending with a nice, long and balanced finish!
