A pure Chardonnay, better known in Germany is Morillon, who is a pure drinking pleasure. Soft, refreshing and delicious notes of granny smith and baked, buttered key lime pie. The palate crystalline pure; a bottle that would present itself empty oh-so quickly. Weingut Seckinger in the Pfalz is a great new import of Pure Wines, and we have managed to get a small allocation of a few cases of this Chardonnay, it will not stay available for long. Serve chilled.
