With the aim of expressing the full expression of the appellation, the Brewer Clifton estate has selected three unique vineyard sites to create this cuvée. While each lot is treated separately and in a perfectly homogenous way in the winery, each brings very different expressions that ultimately harmonise in the finished wine.
