Charles de Fere Cuvee Jean-Louis Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine is produced from a wine-making family who blend their sparkling wine from grapes produced in several regions in France.

Charles de Fère came to life in 1980 when an innovative sixth-generation winemaker from Champagne, Jean-Louis, decided to start his own sparkling winery in a town called Fère-en-Tardenois, just outside Champagne.

The French sparkling wine – Vin Mousseux classification blend consists of Chenin Blanc, Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Chardonnay and produces a style which remains consistent. Pale gold in colour, with fine elegant bubbles, aromas are fresh and fruity. Crisp on the palate, Apple, pear and citrus fruits produce a full-bodied long finish. This wine is an ideal aperitif and equally delicious with dessert.
