A slightly sweeter sparkling wine in our range. It is made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Having spent 5 years on lees it has well-developed flavours of peaches and apricots, with a finish of nectar reminding you of long hot summer days. This wine is ideal for drinking on its own or with a dessert.
