This viticultural treasure comes from vines around 45 years old, located in the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation area. Thanks to Guyot pruning and careful green harvesting, such as disbudding, trellising and topping, the full potential of this noblegrape varietyis revealed. The grapes are harvested by hand and then rigorously sorted to age only the best fruit. The wine is then matured for 14 months, with malolactic fermentation and a few daysâ€?cold maceration, to preserve all the wine’s authenticity!
