A lovely pale, salmon-coloured Bordeaux rose made from 100% Merlot, packed with vibrant red berry flavours with a lovely silky texture and fresh, zesty acidity.

2024 – 12% abv

The grapes were pressed almost directly on arrival with virtually no juice to skin contact. The wine is then made like great white Bordeaux, using cool fermentation, resulting in a wine that has good colour and a lovely purity of summer fruit flavours.
