A bold, dry white from the foothills of the Pyrenees, Vindicateur is a standout expression of Jurançon from the biodynamic Château Lafitte. Made from Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, it’s precise, textured, and full of southern energy.

Expect layers of citrus peel, quince, and wild herbs, with a salty edge and a flicker of grip. There’s real structure here, balanced by bright acidity and a long, mineral finish. A serious food wine, but full of soul.
