Domaine du Salvard’s Vieilles Vignes 2024 is a refined white wine from the Cheverny AOC appellation in theLoire Valley . Made from old vines, this 2024 vintage reveals intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, as well as citrus notes such as grapefruit and lemon. Subtle floral touches and a marked minerality, the hallmark of the estate’s clay-limestone soils, add a lovely depth of flavour. The fresh fruit flavours continue, with a slightly saline finish, making it an excellent companion for seafood, grilled fish or goat’s cheese.
