The Chianti Classico Dievole is a wine with elegance and well-defined aromas of wild cherry,roseand soil. There are also sweet spices that cleverly blend into the texture of ripe and fine tannins. The solar and Mediterranean side of the wine shines through notes of black olives. The finish is warm but also remains soft and tasty. A beautiful Chianti Classico that will go beautifully with a leek risotto and mushrooms with truffle oil.
