Made with the finest grapes from Donna Laura’s vineyards, Bramosia undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation with frequent pumping over. Only 10% of the wine is aged in barrels for nine months. This controlled ageing process preserves the freshness of its aromas and flavours. With its brilliant ruby colour and intense notes of cherry and red fruit, this Chianti Classico has an excellent balance between ripe fruit and delicate spices, with a medium body and fine tannins.
