Sans Chopin Rye is the second of three premium vodka’s now produced at the Podlaska Wytwórnia Wódek Polmos distillery in Poland, which also include Potato and Wheat.Each release aims to showcase the unique textures and flavours found through production of each primary ingredient, as opposed to total neutrality.The final product is created utilising golden rye, grown in the Podlasie countryside of eastern Poland. The mash is distilled four times and five times filtered to create a texturally soft and fruity flavoured Vodka synonymous with the Rye grain.
