Organically farmed Catarrato from the Vesco family in the hills above the scenic town of Alcamo. Unfiltered and a little hazy, this has pear and apple fruit on the nose with grapefruit and a gentle herby sage edge. Very fresh and drinkable.

Try this with herby chicken salad, soft cheese or roast pepper lemon & herb pasta salad.
