This mature Cirò Riserva shows a deep ruby-red colour with garnet highlights, reflecting over fifty years of careful ageing. On the nose, it reveals aromas of dried red fruits, subtle spice, leather, and gentle earthy notes. The palate is smooth and balanced, with softened tannins supporting flavours of stewed cherries, plum, and hints of forest floor. The finish is long, harmonious, and refined, showcasing the wine’s depth, finesse, and classic Calabrian character.

Decanting: Stand the bottle upright for 24 hours to allow sediment to settle. Decant carefully through a fine strainer and allow 1–2 hours to breathe. Serve at 16–18°C to fully enjoy its aromatic complexity and elegant structure.
