This wine is anything but a Cluster Flock. All though apparently a flock of sheep is responsible for this wine, story goes they ran loose in the best block and ate half the grapes.This is a delicious, concentrated wine that will not disappoint any New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc fan. Grown on alluvial, gravel-rich soils this a a fresh sauvignon blanc from young, machine harvested vines. Stainless steel fermantation with some very limited lees work make for a wine packing with citrus character.

Tasting Notes: Rich stone fruit and ocean freshness combine with vivid citrus elderflower, gooseberry and green grass. Well-balanced and elegant it has a lasting savoury finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions: Combines perfectly with white meats, asian food and creamy pastas.
