One of our newest finds from France, Clair de Brumes is the exemplary Pouilly-Fumé estate of the acclaimed Saget family. Les Roches is sourced from a 1.01ha plot of vines growing on rocky limestone terrain along the banks of the Loire. An early-ripening, southwest facing vineyard, the fruit from this site yields perfectly ripe grapes ideal for crafting dense, radiant Sauvignon Blanc. Gently fermented and aged for 12 months in stainless steel with gentle bâtonnage, this white sings of yellow orchard fruit and juicy citrus flavours. Enjoy on a sunny day, or pair with seafood or poultry dishes of your choice.
