Classic Burgundy – Mixed Wine Case 6 x 75cl is an a case of Burgundy wines consisting of two bottles of each: Domaine Chanson Le Bourgogne (white), Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuissé (white) and Domaine Jean & Jean-Marc Pillot Bougogne (red). Over the centuries, Burgundy has become best known for expressing all the wealth of Burgundy’s lands through the Pinot Noir grapes for red wines and Chardonnay grapes for white wines.

Domaine Chanson Le Bourgogne Chardonnay has been owned by the Bollinger family since 1999. This wine has delicate aromas of exotic fruit and fresh honey on a hint of minerality. Well-structured with a well-integrated acidity. Refreshing aftertaste with zesty notes.

Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuissé Chardonnayis made from a blend of the best vineyard parcels from Fuissé’s amphitheatre. Creamy honeysuckle aromas and a vivid palate show a pleasing balance between depth of flavour and richness, and a long ripe rich finish revealing notes of gingerbread and flowers. A wine that will keep and develop beautifully over time.

Domaine Jean & Jean-Marc Pillot Bougogne Pinot Noir represents the fifth generation to produce wine on the 6 hectare family Domaine and Jean-Marc Pillot is one of the most talented winemakers of Chassagne-Montrachet. Plenty of soft ripe blackberry, cherry and raspberry fruit with a touch of earth and leather.
