The flavours are crisp, chiselled and quite persistent, with dominant citrus and stone fruits. It has a great freshness to balance the fine structure. A refined wine that is perfectly suitable for all types of occasions. Intense but delicate, elegant and complex, it is not surprising that it has been crowned one of the best English sparkling wines!
