Gallimard, Cuvee Prestige Brut 2017

Four years of cellar ageing has given this wine a beautiful coppery gold colour and a fine mousse. Aromas of white flowers, lemon and toasted bread. Ripe fruit and honey on the palate and a long persistent finish.

Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer, Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc 2021

The nose has a lovely hint of nuts, with notes of bee’s wax after several years in bottle. The palate beautifully round, fulsome and generous on the middle palate, with weight and attractive mouth-feel. Ripeness and fine acidity on the finish.

Chateau Branaire Ducru, Duluc de Branaire Ducru 2019

A fabulously savoury full bodied wine that has fruit in harmony. The nose has ripened black currant, black cherry and a cigar box spice. These same fruits fill the palate and that classic earthiness shines. May seem obvious but this does pair amazingly well with roast lamb.
