The 2021 vintage was kind to the Riesling vines; cooler ripening allowed for longer time on the vine a great flavour development. Natural acid retention was remarkable in these cooler conditions and Claymore produced all of their Riesling from 2021 without using added acid. Concentrated with purity and poise, it displays those classic Riesling characteristics of pure citrus fruits, lemon zest and lime juice elements playing with a palate pleasing minerality, a delicate white that’ll get any party started.
