An emblematic product of the estate, its name, like that of the estate, comes from the first parcel – Culomba – acquired by the family. A beautiful pale yellow colour, the nose is powerful and expressive with notes of citrus and white pepper. The palate is well balanced with a nice freshness. The finish is persistent and saline, with beautiful aromas of white fruits mixed with aniseed notes.
