The name of the wine, like that of the estate, comes from the first plot of land – Culomba – acquired by the family. A brilliant red colour with ruby tints, the nose gives off aromas of fruit (plum, black cherry) and maquis (thyme, rosemary). On the palate, the wine is remarkably fresh with fine tannins and a delicious, slightly spicy finish. A real bowl of freshness with a definite identity!
