The Clos de l’Oratoire des Papes benefits from the fabulous diversity of the soils with valleys of limestone, sand terraces on red clay.The wine undergoes a long post-fermentation vatting; then ageing in a mixture, both in terms of size and age, of oak barrels for 14 months.
