Le Clos du Temple is made from 11 exceptional hillside plots, cultivated biodynamically with respect for the terroir and biodiversity. The chosen blend is a marriage of old Cinsault,GrenacheNoir,Syrahand Mourvèdre with the unexpectedViognier , which brings aromatic complexity. On tasting, this rosé gem offers a delicate fresh fruit nose with notes of peach, apricot androse , supported by hints of white pepper. The balance between the full mid-palate and the fresh, long finish is perfectly orchestrated.
