A majestic cuvée from the famous Thierry Germain. A great Loire white wine with great freshness and exceptional salinity. Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in barrels of 400 liters and 600 liters. Ageing on fine lees for nine months. All these operations are carried out at low temperatures in the underground cellar to preserve the fruit of the wine. On the nose, concentrated, fresh, generous and powerful at the same time. On the palate it reveals an aromatic palette of white and exotic fruits. We will even note a citrus side on lemon and grapefruit. Finally, we detect pretty floral notes on acacia and hawthorn, and evenrose . The finish is sumptuous and very persistent.
