Domaine Henri Boillot produces an exceptional cuvée. This is a bottle of great finesse, with a lacy texture, very rich and long. It reveals notes of black fruit, spices, orange zest and toasted oak, followed by a medium to full-bodied, concentrated, rather taut and firm palate. It can be enjoyed young, as its finesse and delicacy are already surprising, but longevity will enable you to discover all the characteristics for which this wine is renowned. In any case, now or in the future, this Clos Vougeot Grand Cru will make for a very, very fine tasting experience.
