L’Ecart is the only white wine produced at the Legrand estate. A stunning Chenin Blanc sourced from some of the Loire Valley’s greatest terroirs, this is a balanced and refined white made using the traditional methodology of the region. Grown organically and entirely hand-harvested, L’Ecart undergoes extended ageing on its fine lees, adding textural intrigue and depth of flavour to this clean and expressive wine. Suitable for enjoying any time of the year, L’Ecart promises immediate enjoyment but will only improve with time in bottle. Expect juicy and bright notes of citrus and orchard fruit, alongside touches of white flowers and minerality.
