Cocciuto Rosso 2022 is an organic italian red wine from Azienda Agricola Le Coste produced without added sulfites by Clémentine Bouvéron & Gian Marco Antonuzi

A blended cuvée of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Merlot, coplanted on light, tuffous soils, rich in minerals, in the Pitigliano area. Manual harvest. Vinification: natural, without additives, total destemming, three weeks of maceration of the berries with some crushing and pumping over. One year of aging in a large 500-liter amphora. Bottled at the estate, without fining or filtration, no added sulphur!
