A white wine with a good balance of aroma and crispness. The vines grow in clay limestone soil with round pebbles, which is unusual in that the pebbles provide the grapes with heat that’s been stored through the day, allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly. With a very expressive nose, this wine gives us notes of apricot and acacia supported by a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is round and full with a really good refreshing quality.Viognierbrings all its aromatic full-bodied qualities without being heavy. A real treat on the palate!
