A very special Champagne, its base wine has been aged in barrels and the blend is made of a minimum of 70% old reserve wines. The beautiful Grand Cru Chardonnay component gives it its structure, elegance and longevity, the Pinot Noir some satisfying deep berry fruit and the Pinot Meunier some pretty, lifted fruit aromas.

The result is a punchy flavoursome mouthful with a gutsy mousse. If the idea of drinking Champagne with food seems alien this is the one to convince you otherwise – try it with chicken and girolles.
